Commission for nothingbutagoodtime and Garbachu on Reddit, separate commissions

These hats are similar to my other Ruby hat that I made a while ago, but in Ruby's Emerald version colours. I finished both commissions at the same time because it was more time efficient that way; it's easier to sew two of the same pattern rather than go back and forth between different hats.

A lot of people are fooled by his hat! If you look closely at the game sprite just as a battle begins, though, you can see his black sideburns. He also has his hat off a few times in the manga, if you've read that.
