30 Day MLP Challenge, Day 2: Rainbow Dash

This is a challenge I designed for myself in which over the next 30 days (hopefully) I'll be drawing one random character from MLP:FiM each day.


Rainbow is my FAVOURITE PONY. The randomizer is being kind to me :la:

I always see pics of Rainbow flying super fast, flying, etc. etc. so I decided to draw her breakdancing. Why breakdancing? I think it's something Rainbow would enjoy doing; it's showy, kind of dangerous, and really cool to watch.

I don't like the wings of pegasus ponies in the show; I prefer to draw them the way I usually draw wings.

I see, but these kind of wings make it look somewhat... missplaced.

I dunno, but it feels like the wings are a bit too... BIG is the word I'm looking for.

It's all a matter of opinion, I suppose. I like to give things, including ponies, more realistic and proportionate body parts sometimes because I think it makes more sense.
